SC17, the world’s largest supercomputing conference, is encouraging students to attend with a handful of programs targeting their participation.
SC17, taking place in Denver, Colorado, U.S., from 12–17 November 2017, has the following programs for students:
- HPC for Undergraduates
- Doctoral Showcase
- Early Career Program
- Student Cluster Competition
- Student Volunteers.
SC17 is aiming to build a strong and diverse HPC student community at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, through professional development programs, opportunities to learn from mentors, and engagement with SC’s technical sessions. The Students@SC program aims to help ease the transition into the broader professional community.
