Bronwyn Munsel joins RCC

Bronwyn Munsel has joined RCC as our new Administration Assistant.

Bronwyn has more than 10 years’ experience as a personal assistant at a senior executive and board level in corporate organisations. She also has extensive event management experience.

“I wanted to work with UQ because it has a reputation for excellence,” said Bronwyn. “The RCC role enables me to utilise existing skills gained as an executive assistant in corporate finance and corporate law, while learning new skills working in a tertiary environment.”

RCC Director Professor David Abramson said he is delighted to welcome Bronwyn to UQ. “Her varied background will bring a great deal to RCC and we look forward to the support she can provide,” said David.

Before joining UQ, Bronwyn worked for DT Global as a Project Support Officer for a $250m Solomon Islands infrastructure program funded by Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

She has also launched and ran multiple national wholesale and retail businesses.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in business law, from Curtin University,.

Outside of work, Bronwyn said: “I've always loved classical ballet and when I'm motivated, running.”

At RCC, she has replaced Nicky Trousdale who has moved to UQ’s School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
