RCC has deployed the Anaconda open data science platform onto high-performance computers FlashLite and Tinaroo.
Anaconda is a bundled software suite of the Python language with a comprehensive set of tools for performing data analytics and managing software packages.
A number of pre-configured Anaconda “environments” are available, and FlashLite and Tinaroo users can create or clone their own if they need a more customised environment.
