Institute for Molecular Bioscience (IMB) staff and students are invited to join a virtual Microscopy and Image Analysis Clinic, held each Monday, 10am–11am.
Research staff and research students are encouraged to ask the two Dr Nicks (Nick Condon and Nick Hamilton) microscopy and image analysis questions.
Previously, the Microscopy and Image Analysis clinics were held separately and as face-to-face meetups. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the sessions have been combined and delivered online.
Researchers can get help with:
- microscopy
- bio-image analysis
- quantification
- automated image classification
- mathematics
- modelling
- analysis pipelines
- data visualisation and
- computational methods.
