RCC is pleased to announce we have a new website with new and updated content: https://rcc.uq.edu.au
We hope you'll find our new website easier to navigate, with all the information you need about RCC's services, expertise, partnerships, funded projects and more.
We have a new main menu item called "Systems", which is where you'll find information about the high-performance computers and cloud infrastructure you may use in your research. You will see new sections under Systems, such as:
- Software Platforms & Workflow Tools — you'll find information here about onBunya, the Characterisation Virtual Laboratory, Galaxy Australia, Nimrod, the Image Processing Portal, and Globus.
- Instruments & Managed Data Collections — you'll find information here about data management at UQ and repositories such as OMERO, XNAT/Australian Imaging Service, and Pitschi (Clowder).
- Unstructured Data Collections — you'll find information here about the technical aspects of data storage, including about MeDiCI, the high-performance data storage fabric for UQ.
We also have a new main menu item called Expertise, which is where you'll find information about our HPC, machine learning, visualisation, data science, web portals, and digital humanities and social sciences expertise.
We have added more information to our Acknowledging RCC webpage about how to acknowledge our infrastructure in academic and research publications, and we have introduced citations.
If you have any feedback about the website, please contact our Senior Communications Officer, Shannon Lindsay: s.lindsay@uq.edu.au
