RCC will be in force at the eResearch Australasia conference in Brisbane, 16–20 October.
RCC will share an exhibition booth with QCIF; RCC's Director is the conference chair; and staff will give talks, co-host a birds-of-a-feather (BoF) session; and present a poster at the conference being held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.
RCC’s Dr Jeff Christiansen will co-host a BoF session on ‘Adopting outputs from the Research Data Alliance’ on Wednesday, 18 October, from 4pm.
Dr Nick Hamilton will present his and former RCC staffer Belinda Weaver’s poster, titled ‘Hacky Hour for eResearch Training, Engagement and Community Development’, at the poster reception on Wednesday, 18 October, following the close of conference sessions.
Information about RCC staff presenting papers at eResearch Australasia was published in last month’s issue of RCC News (read the story).
eResearch Australasia 2017 will offer delegates the opportunity to engage, connect, and share their ideas and exemplars concerning new information-centric research capabilities, and how information and communication technologies help researchers to collaborate, collect, manage, share, process, analyse, store, find, understand and re-use information.
Visit RCC at the QCIF exhibition booth and ask us how we can help your research.
