RCC now has a site that shows all software installed on UQ high-performance computer clusters.
This should help researchers without an HPC account to check if the software they wish to use is available.
The software is listed alphabetically and by software category, e.g. “modules for language compilers” and “modules for message passing libraries”.
View the full software list on RCC’s secure website — please note, you will need to be within the UQ network to access it.
Software programs will continue to be added to the site. Once you’ve logged into an HPC, use the command module avail for the latest information about available software.
